EMBODY YOU LAB
Founding Cohort
A 6-week live somatic embodiment experience for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, confidence, and self-expression
You Might Be In The Right Place If...
- You spend more time in your head than in your body.
- You often second guess yourself instead of trusting your own instincts.
- You have a hard time slowing down long enough to notice what you need.
- You find yourself putting everyone else's needs before your own.
- You want to feel more comfortable expressing yourself without worrying so much about what other people think.
- You crave practical tools to help you navigate stress, emotions, and life's challenges with greater awareness.
- You want to feel more connected, more alive, and more comfortable in your own skin.
- On the outside your life feels pretty good, but you have a quiet sense that there is more depth, aliveness and expansion available to you.
- You're ready for more
If you found yourself nodding along to several of these, you're not alone! I created Embody You Lab for women who are already getting on with life but know there is more waiting beneath the surface—more self-trust, more depth, more pleasure, and more aliveness.
Feel Good In Your Own Skin
At its heart, Embody You Lab is about learning to feel good in your own skin. Not because you've changed your body, reached a goal, or become someone different but because you've learned to connect with yourself in a deeper way.
As you reconnect with your body, you naturally begin to feel more alive, playful, expressive, confident, and present. You stop holding yourself back quite so much. You move with more freedom, speak with more honesty, and give yourself permission to experience more joy, pleasure, and fulfillment in everyday life.
Connecting With Your Own Life Force
We'll also explore what it means to reconnect with your life force - that vibrant, playful, sensual part of yourself that often gets buried beneath stress, self-consciousness, and the demands of everyday life.
Some traditions call this your erotic energy. Not because it's about sex, but because it's the part of you that feels deeply alive, pleasureful, present, creative, and connected to your body. When you reconnect with that energy, you don't just feel more confident - you feel more like yourself.
This isn't about learning to be sexy. It's about feeling more alive, confident, and comfortable being you...although, that's kind of sexy, isn't it?!
What To Expect
Over the course of six weeks, we'll meet live on Zoom once a week for two-hour sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and integrate what you're learning into your everyday life. Sessions will have a theme and include a thoughtful blend of:
- Somatic practices to increase body awareness and regulate your nervous system.
- Embodied movement to help you build confidence, self-expression, and a deeper connection with yourself.
- Group coaching and meaningful conversation where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn alongside other women.
- Guided reflection and practical tools that you can continue using long after the Lab ends.
Because this is a live experience, there is space for the journey to unfold naturally. We'll follow a clear direction while allowing room for curiosity, discovery, and the conversations that often lead to the deepest transformation. Come prepared to move a bit, reflect, ask questions, connect with other women, and most importantly, practice. Because that's what embodiment is - not learning or nailing down perfectly, but a practice.
Why A Founding Cohort?
So, I have been working to build and create a master course called Embody You. In doing so I have come to realize that I don't want to build this alone. In fact, I can't. I don't want to make assumptions about what women truly need and crave most; I couldn't possibly! All of our journeys are so vast and different. I wanted to create a space where we can explore these practices together, gather real experiences, and allow the work to evolve organically through connection and feedback. I believe some of the most meaningful learning happens in conversation, experimentation, and shared experience. This is why I have created " the Lab."
Embody You Lab is a complete and meaningful experience in its own right, while also serving as the foundation for something bigger. I plan to run a few of these founding cohorts with the intention of keeping the groups small and intimate where there is space for deeper connection, personal attention, and genuine conversation.
As a founding participant, your experiences, questions, insights, and feedback will directly influence the building of the future Embody You Master Course. You'll have the unique opportunity to help shape and refine this work from the very beginning. If you love being part of something meaningful as it grows, value having your voice heard, and feel excited by the idea of helping create something that may impact many more women in the future, this is your invitation!
